Our 10kw generator recently stopped operating. I had another company come out to look at it and they provided me with two options, either buy a new one (which they of course had in stock and could install immediately for $8,500), or replace the engine for $3,500. Wanting a second opinion, I called Deer Creek to come look at it and they determined the engine could be fixed for about $1,300. They could’ve fed me the same line as the original company, but they didn’t. I greatly appreciated their honest assessment. Everyone I worked with was professional and I would absolutely use them again.
