He was completely professional, not pushy by any stretch, and didn’t try to sell us on more expensive units we didn’t need. He explained which units would be most beneficial for what we wanted the generator to run should we lose power. In addition, he was extremely patient, answered all of our questions and concerns, and walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. By the time he left our home, we had already decided on a unit and ready to schedule the installation.

Everyone from the office staff to the installers at Deer Creek Electric were extremely professional and a real pleasure to work with. We were kept completely informed throughout the entire process and DCE handled everything from the paperwork, registering our product, and even working with the gas company (because we needed a bigger meter).
